Absolutely. Every engagement is tailored to the specific goals, challenges, and industry of the client.

Our process typically includes an initial free 30-minute consultation, a customized proposal, execution, and either regular progress reviews for recurring services or a review and feedback engagement closeout.

Engagements vary depending on the service. They can be recurring services (such as cash flow forecasting) or project-based (such as assessments). Assessments can take up to one to two months depending on the availability of staff and/ or documentation.

Pricing is based on the complexity, scope, and duration of services. We offer both project-based fees and hourly services. Both require a retainer. We also offer service packages.

We have four service packages in addition to ala carte services:

• SynergyAnytime: Call anytime (up to 30 minutes per call) for instant expert advice on day-to-day business questions. Includes a monthly cash flow forecast and financial statement review to keep your business on track.
• SynergyAdvantage: Gain a 3-month cash flow forecast plus up to ten (10) hours with a fractional COO.
• SynergyEdge: Get a 3-month cash flow forecast, up to twenty-five (25) hours of fractional COO expertise, and a strategic annual budget (up to twenty (20) hours).
• SynergyForce: Get strategic clarity with a 6-month cash flow forecast plus up to forty (40) hours of fractional COO support, a customized budget (up to twenty (20) hours), and a targeted mini business assessment.

You can also boost any package with a Financial Review add-on.

While a retainer is required to start all services, we work with you to come up with pricing and payment terms that work with YOUR budget.
